From The Eagle’s Nest

Sometimes people do things that start a chain reaction…in relationships. I am learning not to interfere even if I know, or think I know, what needs to be done or who is the guilty one. But no one is guilty or innocent. We are all just trying to tame our egos so the Spirit can control our lives.

When I witness such a thing, I try to see from a higher place, from the Eagle’s nest. What I see is that each player in a drama has a lesson to learn. To jump in too soon is to mess with the learning.

To see from the Eagle’s nest is no small feat. It takes practice. I might have to put a muzzle on my mouth or lock myself in my closet until I get the hang of it.

In every drama that I see, I am one of the players, too. My ego needs taming as well.
